-  AVP Buckley adds Texas Hold'em and USG Paint Ball.
- Senator Pro Tem Groover adds USG Game Room.

III.    President Levin-Stankevich Report:

A.      Corrections to cost initiatives - I would like to apology to the Senate regarding the miscommunication with the costs of Caribash. Rules Chair Ammirato makes a motion to amend something previously adopted that being the cost initiative in the matter of money clarification.  To amend the amounts to state $9,000 from reserves shall be surplus to supplement CSO's Caribash added expenses.  It previously said $11,000 and stipulated the wrong lines.  We are doing this due to it was passed and can not be done simply through any other motions due to actions set forth to the previous ratification of President Levin-Stankevich allocation.  AVP Brady 2nd.  AVP Buckley makes a Friendly Amendment to change the word reserves to surplus. Amendment is accepted.  Floor is open for questions.  Vote is taken and passes 14 yeas, 0 nays and 0 abstentions.

B.      Student Union initiative - any day now we should be receiving a proposal  from Sodexho to see if they are going to invest in our campus.

IV.     EVP Norman Report:

A.      Spring Fest is going according to plan.

B.      We still have some Senate positions open.

V.      Treasurer Palka Report:  given by Vice Treasurer Forsythe

A.  I would like to make a motion for Judicial that a 1% reduction be taken out of Psycholgy Club's budget for missing the Organizational meeting.  AVP Brady 2nd.  Floor is open for discussion.  AVP Buckley makes a motion to table this recommendation until Judicial Council can come and give us more information. This motion is open for debate.  There is no debate vote is taken and passes 13 yeas, 0 nays and 1 abstention.

VI.     Standing Committee Reports

A.      AVP Brady Academic Report:
- Banquet - if anyone is interested on being on the committee please come see me.

B.  AVP LaFontaine Community Relations Report:
- USG flyer - pictures will be taken at next weeks meeting.
- Organization meeting is next Friday at 3:00 pm.  If your organization cannot make the meeting please let someone on the E-Board know other wise you will have to go through Judicial Council.

C.      AVP Buckley Sports & Recreation Report:
- Texas Hold'em will be on Friday February 24th at 7:00 pm.
- USG Paint Ball - I am looking into a place on Hertel for USG to get together.

D.      AVP Clarke Student Life Report:
- Calana Festival update.  Looking into getting food donated from restaurants to be served on March 28th in the Game Room during Bengal Pause. There will also be a scavenger hunt on Tuesday.
- President Round Table - there were about 15 people present.  The next meeting is scheduled for March 8th.

E.      Rules Chair Ammirato Report:
- Election Committee Approval - I would like to make a motion to approve the final election committee roster.  Melissa Dybbro the committee chair submitted the following names: Amy Wilson, Diane McFarland, Tim McCorry Gina Heinzinger, Sharon Hill, Nicole Dennis. AVP Brady 2nd. Floor is open for discussion.  Vote is taken and passes 14 yeas, 0 nays and 0 abstentions.

F.      Senator Pro Tem Groover Report::
- Liaison Reports - will be due on March 6th.  I am passing out a sheet that will tell you what organizations you have.  If you are absent today you are still responsible for this report.  You will receive a ? absence for every report that you do not turn in on time.
- Game Room - the Grand Opening is scheduled for March 2nd during Bengal Pause.

IX.     Constituents Questions/Announcements

A.      Senator Manzione states that if you are interested in going to SUNY Day please sign the sheet I am passing around.  There will be 3 representatives going with Dr. Howard. 

B.      AVP Buckley states that USG Election packets are now available.

C.      Student at Large Dapaah states that the Ebony Hearts Dance was a success.

D.      Rules Chair Ammirato would like to meet with her committee after the meeting.

E.      AVP LaFontaine announces that the Chem Club is having an event during Bengal Pause on Thursday.
