C.      Judicial Council met today and had 5 cases for review.  I have passed out sheets from Judicial Council stating their recommendations for each one of the organizations. The Record, Astronomy Club and French Club showed up for their meetings. There were 2 organizations that did not show and they are WBNY and Women's Rugby.  I will go over all the recommendations from Judicial Council and we will vote on them. These results will go to the Budget Committee and they will allocate where the percent will come from. We need to decide if a no show should automatically warrant a 5% decrease or should we give them another week to make it up. Floor is open for discussion. I have a correction Women's Rugby did show but they were late and Judicial was done meeting.  [Unknown] makes a motion to unfreeze the Budget for The Record, Astronomy Club and the French Club but keep Women's Rugby and WBNY frozen until they meet with Judicial Council.  Senator Brady 2nd.  President Levin-Stankevich makes a Friendly Amendment that we rule but still have WBNY and Women's Rugby meet with Judicial Council. Friendly Amendment is accepted. [Unknown] restates the motion that The Record, Astronomy Club and French Club have their budget unfrozen with the reduction taken out of their budget.  Women's Ruby and WBNY keep their budget frozen until they meet with Judicial Council but still keep the reduction in their budget. Open for discussion.  Vote is taken and passes 21 yeas, 0 nays and 1 abstention.
