B.      Wisconsin systems - I went to visit 2 schools and we went over some budget things.  Three fees that they have are: Consolidated fees which includes Athletic, Health and the Student Activity fee. They also have a Technology and Academic fee. Their Student Government gets $500,000 after all the allocations are taken out.

C.      Cassety Hall - at the meeting if the clubs adopt it I will talk about the transition phase.

IV.     EVP Brady Report:

V.      Treasurer St. Rose Report:

        A.  I would like to recognize Vice Treasurer Mears.  Vice Treasurer Mears states that she has the tickets for Manners Matter.  If you signed up please see me after the meeting.

VI.     Standing Committee Reports

A.      AVP Janik Academic Report:
- The Academic Advisory Committee will meet this Friday at 2:00 pm.  We will meet at 1:50 pm in the Senate Chambers so we can all walk over together.

B.      AVP Ammirato Community Relations Report:
-  I would like to recognize Senator Ray. Senator Ray states that Thursday during Bengal Pause there will be a Aids Forum.

C.      AVP Bush Sports & Rec Report:

D.  AVP Dapaah Student Life Report:
- I would like to do another Movie Night if you have any suggestions please drop them in my mail box.

E.  Rules Chair McKay Report:
- I will pass around Student Bill #4, 6 and 7. Senator Perez is recognized to discuss Student Bill #4.  Senator Perez states that Student Bill #4 has to do with organizations' inactivity. You will have a week to review this and it will be voted on next week. Rules Chair McKay states that Student Bill #6 is Evaluating Senate House Rules. You will have 2 weeks to look over Student Bill #6 and #7 if you have any questions or changes give them to me in writing.  I will bring all concerns to the Rules Committee. Student Bill #7 is the Attendance Policy as it pertains to the USG Senate. President Levin-Stankevich states that last year the policy was if you had questions or concerns you would address them in writing to the Rules Chair. The Rules Chair would present them to the Rules Committee and they would be discussed before the next senate meeting. This way at the Senate meeting these amendments would not be debatable and would go right into vote. Are there any objections on doing it like this again this year? President Levin-Stankevich states that we will post pone this policy to see what happens during the time period for Student Bill #4, 6, and 7.

F.      Senator Pro Tem Agard Report:
- Food Service Committee will meet tomorrow at 5:00 pm in my office.
- Liaison Reports - there are only a couple who have not handed in their reports. Those of you that are late will have a ? absence.

VII.    Unfinished Business

A.      NFTA Ad Hoc Committee. Donique states that she will send around a sign up sheet.

B.      Pre-registration and Senate time.  President Levin-Stankevich states that pre-registration needs to get approved from the President.  The Chair of College Senate needs to send the recommendation to the President.  Everything is all set up for you we just need to get this approved by the President. We are expecting to have this implemented by Friday at the very latest Monday. One of the main objections with the Senate meetings is that the start time is too late. The time use to be 7:00 but was changed to 8:45 because the President took a class.  I am proposing with pre-registration that we move the time back to 7:00 which means that you would not be able to take a Tuesday night class. The majority of the classes end at 7:25 pm so there is a possibility we could start at 7:30 pm. Floor is open to discuss changing the senate meeting time. Vote is taken to keep the senate meeting time to 8:45 pm and passes.

VIII.   New Business

A.      Alcohol Request Forms - Rules Chair McKay states that he has been working with Dr. Charles Kenyon on a new form because the other one was outdated.  This form has been approved by the College and the new forms are in the Business Office.
