Floor is open for questions. EVP Brady states that she believes this is a good organization to start because there is a really good fine arts department. President St. Rose asks how many are seniors? It is stated that the Vice President is a senior. President St. Rose states his biggest worry is that a new organization starts up then there is no one else to take over. AVP Dapaah states that every year there is a new art organization that wants to get recognized why can’t there be one big organization. Coalition of Ceramic Design states that we are different departments and we are trying to organize different activities. Senator Perez agrees with AVP Dapaah that you need to become one organization. Coalition of Ceramic states that there is a difference between crafting and fine arts. President St. Rose states that his biggest worry for this organization is that if you were to be recognized this semester the most you would get for funds would be $2500.00. I know that for an art club that is nothing. How much will this cost on a yearly basis. Coalition of Ceramics states that I believe a machine is being donated to us. Also, to us $2500.00 seems like a lot to us. President St. Rose moves to a vote. Vote is taken and passes 19 yeas, 4 nays and 0 abstentions.

Liaison Reports are due on the 16th of October and there are 2 per a semester. Please seek out your organizations as soon as possible because there are a lot of organizations who do not know who their liaison is. President St. Rose states that liaison reports will be done twice a month instead of twice a semester. AVP Jueckstock called a point of order. She states that liaison reports are constitutionally twice a semester. President St. Rose states that it doesn’t matter he would like them to be done twice a month. AVP Jueckstock calls a point of order stating that President St. Rose cannot do that without a resolution. President St. Rose tells Secretary Agee to turn off the tape recorder and tells his E-Board that we need to be on the same page and we cannot be disrespectful. Senator Desimone states that he cannot do that and cannot tell everyone what to do. She states that this is not a dictatorship. President St. Rose states that the Senators need more responsibility and liaisons are important and they are going to be done twice a month. AVP Jueckstock calls a point of order stating that President St. Rose cannot do that with out a resolution. President St. Rose states that the meeting is adjourned and walks out. EVP Brady continues the meeting. Treasurer Gabriel states that this is ridiculous and is called out of order. Treasurer Gabriel states that the E-Board is ridiculous and AVP Jueckstock calls a point of order. Treasurer Gabriel tells her to shut up.
