WBNY Radio 91.3fm
WBNY offers information and entertainment for campus students and the local community, and publicity for campus organizations. Music programming is generally based on new and alternative releases, with specialty shows covering genres such as jazz, hip-hop, reggae, local music, and the folk and roots music of the world. WBNY also addresses student issues and concerns through the talk show segments of their programming, and provides live coverage of major Buffalo State sports events. Students who join the staff can gain experience in programming, as on-air personnel, with off-air production, and in business and underwriting.
