High Performance Computing Organization
HIPERC seeks to stimulate student interest in the latest developments in the computer system field, or any field that would necessitate the use of high performance computers; to offer inspiration through contact with speakers on subjects of computing or fields that use computing; to provided educational opportunities that are not offered by the college or university, and to familiarize students with the professional attractions of a career in computing systems, or of careers that use high performance computers.
